After beginning his construction career in 2013\, he gained experience in concrete work\, framing\, roofing\, waterproofing\, exterior finishes\, landscaping\, and other building practices. He later completed the Civil Engineering Technology program at SAIT\, specializing in project management. Since joining VT Group in 2022\, Zach has focused on building envelope site assessments\, diagnostic investigations\, energy modelling\, and improving reporting processes to support greater efficiency across the company.
