  • Limit of one offer per client and/or per project (where applicable), unless otherwise approved in writing.  Each company is eligible to receive one discounted offer only.  Multiple offers per company are not permitted.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, special pricing, or incentive programs.  The offers cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Please note that an additional fee may apply (where applicable) for projects outside a standardized scope. 
  • This offer remains valid for one year from the date you enroll with us.
  • The promotion has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.
  • The VTGroup and subsidiaries reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating in any VT Group’s promotion, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
  • All payments are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduled bookings within the promotional period, subject to availability.

For Promotional Terms and Conditions

Matterport 3D scans Promotion

 This limited-time promotional offer provides two (2) Matterport 3D scans for the price of one (1) standard scan.

 

The 2-for-1 promotional rate of $299 must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure eligibility for this offer.

 

Eligibility & Scope 

  • Scope of Work – Interior Only
    – The services provided under this agreement are strictly limited to interior scanning only. No exterior scanning, measurements, or data collection are included in this scope. Any request for exterior work will be considered additional scope and will be quoted and billed separately.
  • Scan Allowance and Additional Fees
    – The standard scan includes up to 99 data points per home. This is generally sufficient for properties in the range of approximately 1,500 to 2,000 square feet.
    – Should the required number of data points exceed 99, any additional data points will be billed at a one-time rate of $150 per scan, per home.
  • The two (2) scans may be completed at different times; however, both must be completed on or before October 31, 2026.
  • Any additional scope, including but not limited to larger properties, add-ons, re-scans, or custom requests, will be quoted separately and subject to additional fees.
  • The second (complimentary) scan must be of equal or lesser scope than the first (paid) scan, including but not limited to square footage, complexity, and service requirements. Where the second scan exceeds the scope of the first, additional fees will apply and will be quoted prior to scheduling.

Scheduling & Travel

  • Standard service area applies.
  • Locations outside the standard service area may be subject to additional travel fees, which will be disclosed prior to booking confirmation.

Hosting & Data Retention

  • Each 3D scan includes hosting for a period of 90 days from the date of capture.
  • After 90 days, ongoing hosting per capture will be subject to applicable hosting fees at a regular cost.
  • If hosting is not maintained, the scan may be archived.
  • Archived scans may be reinstated per capture for a fee of $100 per scan, plus any applicable hosting fees at a regular cost.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Rights & Modifications

  • In the event of cancellation, any scans already booked and confirmed will be honoured under the original promotional terms.
