• Up to $1 million in total funding over two years
• Support for a wide range of energy efficiency projects, including insulation, windows and doors, heat pumps, water heating, ventilation, and electrical upgrades
• Flexible payment options, including pre-payment within 30 days of application approval
• Ongoing technical support from our Energy Advisors and Engineers along with Program Energy Coaches provided via program administrators.

• Detailed feasibility studies: Access up to $37,500 per site for technical and financial analysis—ideal for planning robust, long-term upgrades.
• Major retrofit support: Leverage up to 75% funding for upgrades, covering a variety of measures like heat pumps, lighting, ventilation, windows, and more—plus $11,000 in implementation support to smooth project delivery.
